The Room Partition system from Hi-SECURE is a practical, economical solution for your ‘space’ requirements. Used as Folding Room Dividers, our Partitions provide that ‘extra room’ with an easily-managed product that is maintenance-free.
The Partitions can be bi-parting, single wing, multiple wing or even ‘floating wing’, to suit all applications. The standard products use a magnetic closure system which is difficult for a small child to open but easy for an adult. Alternatively, we can provide a lockable system with the larger handles (see pictures).
You can choose from 4 different levels of sound-proofing for our Room Partitions and 2 alternative widths, depending on which ‘bunch’ dimensions are most suitable for your site.
Each partition has an internal steel ‘pantograph’ framework system with nylon bushes for reliable operation and a long life. The unique construction means the partition is easy to operate by hand – because of the way they extend and contract they are often referred to as “concertina partitions”.
When using concertina room dividers, it is usually desirable to have nothing at floor level when the partition is open and this is easily achieved if the partition can be supported along the ceiling. If not, a smooth-shaped aluminium floor track can carry the weight of the partition with only sideways restraint at ceiling level.
The Hi-SECURE Folding Partition is finished in a flame-retardant and durable covering which is washable and stain-resistant, making it ideal for use in Schools, Residential Homes, Nurseries, Community Centres etc. A wide colour range is available and each partition can have different colours on the two sides if required.
